Sonora California Real Estate Weekly Update for 1/10/08

This week, the inventory for single family homes strengthened over the
previous week (15 homes) and the average Tuolumne County home
price continued to fall, dropping to $367,277..........The number of
expired listings were way down from last weeks 82 to only 19.
Withdrawn listing were up from 1 to 14 this week. You would have to go
back to the year 2005 to find similar numbers for the weekly solds and
escrows opened. The National Association of Realtors announced grim
times are ahead for Real Estate Professionals.........predictiing slow
market conditions for most of the Country........So far Tuolumne
County seems to be bucking this trend and is home to what might be
called a "normal market".

and back in 2005, 9 properties went into escrow and 8 sold ..............

$367,277 down from $368,592 in last weeks Market Summary
