Sonora CA Homes 36 Homes priced under $300k (Up 2 from last week) 37 priced between $300 and $500k (Down 3 from last week) North Tuolumne County Homes 188 Homes priced under $300k (Up 2 from last week) 189 priced between $300 and $500k, (Down 7 from last week) The cost of Homes in Sonora CA fell remained the same this week. The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage is $282,087. Currently Sonora CA Real Estate* has an average market time of 153 days. If we take a look at the total picture and include Real Estate in Sonora CA of all shapes and sizes, inventory fell again this week to 84 with median asking price of $354,250 and an average time of 164 days on the market. When compared to the rest of the Northern Tuolumne County there are still 461 homes for sale with a median asking price of $334,750 and an average of 177 days on the market.
