The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage fell to $282,087. Currently Sonora CA Real Estate* has an average market time of 153 days. If we take a look at the total picture and include Real Estate in Sonora CA of all shapes and sizes, inventory fell again this week to 84 with median asking price of $354,250 and an average time of 164 days on the market. When compared to the rest of the Northern Tuolumne County there are 461 homes for sale with a median asking price of $339,000 and an average of 175 days on the market.
