| Sonora CA Real Estate Weekly Update for August 20, 2008 Homes in Sonora CA became a little less affordable this week. The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage home adjusted slightly lower to $292,801*. The number of days on the market (DOM) remained the same. Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market time of 136 days. If we take a look at the total picture and include homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory rose this week to 104 with median asking price of $389,450 and an average time of 146 days on the market. When compared to the rest of the north county there are 597 homes for sale with a median asking price of $349,900 and an average of 151 days on the market.
