The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage fell to $247,224. Currently Sonora CA Real Estate* has an average market time of 193 days. If we take a look at the total picture and include Real Estate in Sonora CA of all shapes and sizes, inventory moved up this week to 77 with median asking price of $338,164 and an average time of 164 days on the market. When compared to the rest of the Northern Tuolumne County there are 492 homes for sale with a median asking price of $309,000 and an average of 164 days on the market.
