Sonora CA Homes 23 Homes priced under $300k (Down 2 from last week) 37 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 1 from last week) North Tuolumne County Homes 170 Homes priced under $300k (Down 8 from last week) 185 priced between $300 and $500k, (Up 2 from last week) The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage fell slightly to $263,175. Currently Sonora CA Real Estate* has an average market time of 174 days. If we take a look at the total picture and include Real Estate in Sonora CA of all shapes and sizes, inventory remained the same this week at 72 with median asking price of $365,000 and an average time of 184 days on the market.
