| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sold prices for Twain Harte Real Estate 01-24-2012 78 properties were sold over the last year. These homes and cabins for sale in the Twain Harte area sold at an average price of $193,438 that is down from $196,455. The average listing price was $206,193. Included in the list were 7 Short Sales and 23 foreclosures. In Twain Harte the average marketing time was 150 days. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sonora CA Real Estate, Homes Sold, 01-25-2012 The average price of the 106 homes in Sonora that were sold over the last year rose this week from $233,991 to $235,569. This Sonora Real Estate had a listings price of $246,752 with an average time on the market of 167 days. There were 18 Short Sales and 32 foreclosures in the list. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tuolumne County Real Estate Listings for 01-26-2012 The price of 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage homes for sale in the north county fell slightly again this week from $190,355 to $190,236. The listings price on these properties went from $199,150 to $199,030 and their average days on market has gone from 158 to 168 . In 2010 the MLS average for 3br, 2ba, 2car garage homes rose to $227,188. Two years ago this week inventory dropped again to 331 houses on the market, 188 were under $300k. The number of homes in Tuolumne County for sale went from 301 to 292 this week, moving from an average asking price of $281,511 to $280,889. 113 of these houses are under $200k. The number of REO properties for sale rose this week. There are 35 foreclosures listed for sale and all 33 of these foreclosure listings are under $300k, 12 are under $100k. This bank owned real estate has an average price of $146,316. 75 houses are listed as short sale, 36 are pending bank approval and 32 of those are under 300k. 25 of the 32 pending short sales are under 200k. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
