------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tuolumne County Real Estate Listings for 05-17-2012 The price of 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage homes for sale in the north county fell this week from $184,565 to $183,736. The listings price on these properties went from $192,537 to $191,51 6and their average days on market were 152. In 2010 the MLS average for 3br, 2ba, 2car garage homes rose to $223,453. Two years ago this week inventory rose to 394 houses on the market, 227 were under $300k. The number of homes in Tuolumne County for sale rose to 283 this week, moving from an average asking price of $291,098 to $292,967. 104 of these houses are under $200k. The number of REO properties for sale rose this week. There are 38 foreclosures listed for sale and 37 of these foreclosure listings are under $300k, 9 are under $100k. This bank owned real estate has an average price of $158,489. 69 houses are listed as short sale, 40 are pending bank approval and 36 of those are under 300k. 29 of the 40 pending short sales are under 200k. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
